Jamie, Cage & Hays

Oh, what fun we had on this session! The Chaney kids were such a delight. I have to admit that with two little boys at ages 5 & 6, that I was a bit nervous, but Cage(6) and Hays(5) were on their best behavior. I can't say they didn't throw a few rocks or get each other in lock-downs a couple of times, but I can say that they were VERY courteous and kind when I asked them to pose and smile for me!! Jamie is such a composed older sister at age 8. We had a good time together when the guys were busy doing their thing. She certainly has her hands full. When things would get wild I placed her right smack-dab in the middle of them! My favorite part of the session was at the end when we whipped out the lollipops. Thanks Helen!!

HOLIDAY UPDATE

Hello to you all! I wanted to share a bit of info with everyone, so that everyone is in-the-know and up to par on what's been going on with URTH STUDIO. This little business of mine has blossomed so much through this Holiday Season. I am LOVIN' all of the fun! I have a packed week ahead of me with all of my Thanksgiving family sessions. I'll be in San Antonio tomorrow for my first session of the week. It shall be a good week. I will be working the annual "BREAKFAST WITH SANTA", this year on December the 19th & 20th. Bring all of your kiddos for pictures with Santa! I'm working on a new blog, so that my images will not be so itty-bitty on your computers. My canvas orders have been a hit. I will be posting a canvas that I gave Samantha as a gift for her baby shower. You will LOVE! I have been working very hard with Forbeyon(www.forbeyon.com) on my albums. You will really LOVE! I have purchased another amazing lens.. yay! I am working on another little project that I cannot wait to reveal!! Sorry for the big wait. It's REALLY exciting stuff! I was in Dallas for a wedding this past weekend. I visited one of my favorite boys in this world.. Mr. Matt Balke himself. We had the pleasure of eating at York Street (www.yorkstreetdallas.com), where Matt is a fabulous chef. It was such a fun date! We opted for the chef's special, which was filled with an array of lovely courses paired with wine. Dinner was concluded with the most delicious chocolate soup. Soooo yummy! Unfortunately, we missed our visit with Todd, Elizabeth and their new arrival Claire. We had a blast with our friend Jimbo, who is from Alabama.. love the accent.
